- What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
All orders placed are through our secure servers.
- Will I be charged sales tax on my purchase?
Only customers living within Florida will be charged the current sales tax rate of 7%.
All other customers are responsible for complying with any applicable
state sales taxes.
- How much are shipping charges?
$0.00! FREE shipping on all orders within the continental United States.
- How will my order be shipped to my home?
OnlineFurnitureDepot will ship your order* by standard "ground service". Orders take approx.
5-10 business days to ship and once shipped will take approx. 5-7 working days to reach your home.
Your order will be shipped via UPS, Fed-Ex ground or in the case of larger items, by a trusted
freight company for "curbside delivery".
Most of our fine linens, daybed and futon covers are sewn by hand after your order is placed.
Please allow approx. 8-14 working days to complete your hand-sewn items and approx. another 3-4 days

- If I have multiple items in my order, will all items arrive together?
Not necessarily. We ship from numerous factories throughout the U.S.
Some components of your order may arrive on different days.
- How will my order be verified?
We will send you a receipt via the e-mail address you provided us.
Please verify that all of the information on the order is correct.
In the case of errors, please notify us immediately.
- What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
All products are carefully packaged so that they will arrive at your home
In the rare case your order arrives damaged, accept the order and make a notation
on the freight bill that damage occurred. Please then contact
us at Contact Furniture-Buyer.com
so that we can make arrangements to ship a replacement.
- If I am not satisfied, can I return my purchase?
Although we are sure that you will be satisfied with your purchase.
If you are not pleased, you may return
it for a refund within 30 days of the receipt of your order.
Returns must be authorized by us prior to shipping.
Please contact us via e-mail prior to shipping, so we may provide return shipping instructions.
Items returned must be shipped to us in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of
receipt of your order.
All returned items must be sent prepaid freight and the cost is the sole responsibility of
15% to 30% restocking fee applies on all returned items, unless defective.
- What if I order something temporarily be out of stock?
If you order a product that happens to be temporarily out of stock,
you will be notified via e-mail. We will inform you when the item is
anticipated to be back in stock. You will have the option of cancelling
your order or waiting for it to come back in stock and we will ship it
immediately to you. Its up to you!
